This is just a reminder that nominations for our our annual “Champion of Small Business Technology Commercialization” Awards close next Friday, June 14. If you would like to nominate a PEO, PM, CO, or other worker in government for their work and effort in helping your company transition or commercialize its SBIR-funded technology and haven’t done so already, please download the nomination form below, fill it out, and send it to alec@sbtc.org. The nominations will be reviewed by a panel of experts, and winners will be announced shortly thereafter.

These awards are intended to recognize individuals working in government who have made unique or extraordinary contributions to small businesses through the SBIR/STTR Phase III program, or other commercialization or follow-on awards such as RIF or Phase IIB.
As we have in previous years, SBTC will be hosting an in-person award ceremony for the winners at our annual SBTC membership meeting, held in Washington DC in conjunction with NSBA’s Washington Presentation, currently scheduled on September 18-19.
