The SBTC sent a letter to DOD Assistant Inspector General Jacqueline Wicecarver in response to her March 27, 2014 report on small business IP protections in DOD SBIR Phase III contracts.
In the letter, we outlined a number of problems with the findings of the report, and provided a list of issues that small businesses have been struggling with to protect their IP and data rights. Since the report mainly focused on this problem from the perspective of the government, we hope to provide her with a clearer picture of the problem, from the small business’s perspective
